• Verify if you have won the auction and collect your product by ensuring accurate delivery details in the My Profile section.
• Remember to also claim your consolation tickets!

Bzinga presents two auction variations:

Prime Auctions

• Prime Auctions involve an entry fee.
• You receive complimentary bids based on the entry fee.
• In case the auction does not commence, a refund of the entry fee is automatically processed.
• Receive regular auction reminders via notifications and SMS.
• Earn consolation prizes even if you don't secure a win in an auction.

Standard Auctions

• An assortment of products is featured in standard auctions.
• In contrast to Prime Auctions, you can commence bidding immediately.
• Gain consolation prizes even if you do not emerge victorious in an auction.
